The front office staff was quite helpful, especially diya and sheetal. They handled everything efficiently. the food was good, and i appreciated the fresh juices during breakfast. the hotel also felt very clean and well maintained.

The air conditioning in my room was not very effective. It struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the lift felt quite small and often crowded. i also found the entrance area somewhat unappealing on arrival.

The staff was warm and cute. The rooms were super clean. the amenities were great, too. the comfy beds and delicious breakfast spread was pretty good. i really appreciated chefs tapender and hilariyas for the amazing pancakes and egg benedict. kuldeep laid out an amazing buffet. Manpreet, ibanri, vandana, shreya, anju, jay, vansh, and ajit were amazing.
