the rooftop pool was a highlight of the stay. it was heated, a nice feature. the hotel also provided a complimentary drink coupon for the bar (i used it for a glass of wine). the room itself was clean and spacious.

my room faced the street, and i noticed some noise (music) at night. it stopped around midnight, however. i also had an issue with room service knocking early in the morning, despite my plans to stay in a bit longer.

the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight the views were expansive from up there. i appreciated the easy access to nearby shopping areas and attractions. the hotel also had convenient and reasonably priced parking available which was a relief.

the lighting in the room felt a bit dim i think an extra lamp would improve the ambiance.

the hotel restaurant offered a menu translated into multiple languages which aided in ordering. the breakfast buffet included many choices so i found things i liked. i saw other guests ordering items not on the buffet.

Acceptable but Flawed Experience

The check-in experience was acceptable.

My room was located on the second floor, and the street noise was constant. Loud music from the hotel's bar continued until midnight. Some sort of mechanical noise kept going on and off. It made it difficult to relax.
