Excellent Cocktails and Friendly Service!

soft sand friendly staff excellent cocktails amazing person

I really enjoyed the soft sand near the water. The food was AMAZING!!! The staff was friendly, especially the entertainment team. Mr Ahmed (Mody) was a cute and amazing person. He made everyone smile. I also had great custom-made drinks prepared by Ahmed Rashed. The service was excellent.

The gym was small, but it had modern equipment. It was sufficient for a decent cardiovascular workout.

The resort features a private beach connected by a bridge to an island. This bridge lights up at night, offering views of fish. Daily activities include yoga and aqua gym. Evening entertainment consists of live music.

decent stay, some issues

limited selection faulty machines

The food selection was limited . There was not much variety, and options felt repetitive. The quality wasn't excellent, and some dishes were bland. i ALSO noticed that the gym equipment was old and not well maintained! several machines were out of order.

Wonderful Experience

private balcony helpful staff lovely rapport

The rooms has a private balcony. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Mohamed Essa, the bars manager, ensured we were looked after well. Mohamed Kamal and his staff in the Sharouk restaurant was excellent. Hussein made sure our drinks was topped up and always with a lovely rapport.

I arrived after a long journey and went to reception for water. I was told the bar is closed. I told reception I wanted only water. I was externally thirsty and dehydrated. Still I was told to order room service.

The hotel has excellent food and drinks with great service from Noor, Hassan, Hatem, and mahmuud. The team at the sunchin bar is special. Hassan ameked a very good job.

The hotel is located at the seafront. There is a private beach with a lovely island. This includes sunbeds and a bar. They offer Wi-Fi, parking, and a heated pool.
