Rooms: Hostel du Nord
Hostel du Nord provides lodging with a shared lounge, private parking, a terrace, and barbecue facilities. Rooms include a seating area. The Annex features 5 private rooms (each with one full bed) and 3 shared rooms (each with two full beds and four twin bunks), accommodating up to 34 guests. Bunk beds feature bedside storage, privacy curtains, reading lights, power outlets, and secure storage lockers. Two bunk beds share a self-contained bathroom. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster.
Leisure and Activities
Guests can participate in activities in and around Duluth, including hiking, skiing, and cycling. Onsite, a projector is available for watching movies, along with yoga mats and a ping pong table. The annex has a 1200 sq ft multi-use rec space. Other amenities include secure bike/board storage, and a stage for special events (200 cap.). The hostel is not liable for any injury or loss of personal property.

Safety features include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, and a first aid kit. Smoking is not allowed inside. Non-paying guests are not allowed in sleeping areas. Animals are prohibited, except for service animals. Alcohol consumption is allowed if consumed moderately and responsibly. No outside bedding is allowed. There will be a $200 fine to the guest. The first floor is wheelchair accessible through a guest-only door that leads straight into the sleeping area. The second floor is accessible via a ramp and elevators through the skywalk system to the lobby.
