i found the staff to be very helpful. they seemed to do everything possible to ensure my happiness. the location was convenient, especially with plenty of parking available. breakfast offered a nice variety of options, all appearing fresh.
the soundproofing was not great (i could hear quite a bit of noise from the corridor). the air conditioning in my room did not seem to be working properly. the bar did not have draft beer, nor did it have white wine.
