Superb Stay!
hot options spacious room
The breakfast buffet had several hot options. I had scrambled eggs and sausage, they were tasty. The spacious room included a microwave and a small fridge, I found that convenient. The staff gave directions, I appreciated that.
The elevators faced periodic delays. Sometimes I waited a few minutes, I hope they fix it.

Staff provided clear directions to local attractions. Check-in was quick. I felt welcomed. The hotel maintained a professional atmosphere, I enjoyed it.

My room had blackout curtains, I slept soundly. The king size bed was very comfy. I liked the firm mattress. I had no complaints.

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance to the Byward Market. I found plenty of shops and restaurants there. Parliament Hill is also close, I took some pictures.

clean room good breakfast perfect housekeeping internal parking
The room was very nice and clean. The breakfast offered a good variety. Housekeeping maintained perfect standards . The internal parking was a great convenience.
The hotel was a bit crowded during the holiday season.

average stay, some significant drawbacks
unsafe area cheap breakfast
the location presented challenges. a social service center across the street meant many homeless individuals were nearby. i didn't feel entirely comfortable walking around alone at night. also, breakfast felt cheap with all the plastic and paper. it seemed like they wanted to close it down quickly each morning.
