“The Hacienda's adults-only concept promises tranquility, though some experiences seem inconsistent. The colonial design aesthetic and proximity to Puerto Vallarta International Airport are definite advantages; however, potential guests should note the mixed reports on service and amenities, particularly regarding dining reservations and pool heating. If management addresses these operational areas, the Hacienda could truly deliver on its promise of a luxury, adults-only experience.”
