Hilton Muscat Al Bandar sits on a 500-metre private beach within the Barr Al Jissah complex, between the Hajar Mountains and the Gulf of Oman. The resort has a 550-metre Lazy River that connects the main swimming pools of both Hilton Muscat Al Bandar and DoubleTree by Hilton Muscat Al Waha. Guests also gain access to the Turtle Ranger programme, which protects and nurtures turtle nests and hatchlings on the beach.

All 198 rooms and suites have a balcony or patio that overlooks the sea, the pool, or the hotel's landscaped gardens. Each room includes a rain shower, a Nespresso machine, and air conditioning. The private bathrooms are equipped with separate showers and bathtubs.
