HEVEN Residence offers eight apartments, each with terracotta floors, Talavera inserts, and hand-painted sinks from Dolores Hidalgo. Apartments include a king-size bed, bathroom with a bidet integrated into the WC, and a living room. Most apartments have a kitchen and veranda. Select apartments offer views of the city, garden, landmark, pool, or sea. Featured apartments include: Matapalo, located on an upper level, with windows that fold to create an open space; Flamboyant, a floor-level apartment with a dining room; El Cielo, an upper-level apartment; El Ebano, a floor-level room with a small garden and access to the pool; San Miguel, a two-story apartment; La Crucesita, a vaulted apartment with an outside kitchen and a mezzanine with a 360° view terrace; Las Nubes, an upper-level open space apartment with terrace facing Roca Blanca and Zipolite bay; Tequisquiapan, a floor-level apartment with access to a garden; and La Palapa, on the highest point of the villa, an open space with a terrace overlooking Zipolite Bay.

HEVEN Residence offers complimentary coffee or orange juice. Each apartment is equipped with a kitchen including a refrigerator, kitchenware, and toaster. A variety of food places and a supermarket are located a 25-minute walk away. Zipolite has coffee shops that grow their own coffee, such as Orale Café and Le Castelet.
