Room options include a Quadruple Room with two bunk beds for up to four guests, and a King Suite that accommodates up to three adults or two adults and two children, equipped with a king size bed, sofa, bathtub, mini safe, and room cabinets. Other options include rooms with one queen size bed, and rooms with two beds. All rooms have Wi-Fi, hot and cold showers, and cable TV. Smoking is not allowed. Quadruple Rooms also feature magnetically locked cabinets.

The in-house restaurant serves international and steakhouse cuisine. Heritage Resto Bar offers Filipino-Spanish cuisine at affordable prices and historic decor, plus all-day breakfast and free unlimited brewed coffee. Jazz Up In The Sky serves comfort food and steaks.
