Hermitage Bay features Hillside Pool Suites with plunge pools, Beachfront Suites, and Seaview Garden Suites. All suites offer ocean views, a minibar restocked daily, and a private decking area with a double day bed and plantation chairs. Beachfront Suites provide direct beach access. Hillside Pool Suites include a roll-top bath and outdoor shower. Seaview Garden Suites are located near the Garden Spa.
Caribbean-Inspired Cuisine
The restaurant provides Caribbean-inspired cuisine with daily menu changes, featuring local favorites, classic American dishes, and modern European fare. Vegan and vegetarian options are available. The Executive Chef creates custom meal plans for specific dietary needs. Guests can have breakfast at the beachfront restaurant, lunch at the poolside lounge, and dinner with live steel drum, calypso, and jazz bands. The organic garden provides fresh produce. A cooking demonstration is held weekly. Dishes include cured pork belly and Parma ham with sesame steamed cabbage and avocado and wasabi aioli, or sautéed shrimp fusilli.
Activities and Relaxation
Guests can use the fitness suite that includes Technogym treadmills, cross trainers, an upright bike, a Fluid rower, and Jordan Smith Machine weights. Complimentary pilates, yoga, and meditation classes are available. The Garden Spa offers therapies corresponding with the Chakra systems, luxury treatments, and bespoke healing rituals. An exotic blend of Siddhartha tea is served before each treatment, which commences with a Himalayan salt foot cleansing ritual. Treatments include the Siddharta Facial Treatment, the Goldmund Facial Treatment (Algae Marine product range), and the Narzib Facial Treatment (Fresh and Fruit range of products).
Location and Access
Hermitage Bay is 20 km from V. C. Bird International. Nearby landmarks include Pinching Bay (2.5 km), Fort Barrington (5 km), and Five Island Harbour (1.5 km). Guests can visit the court house of 1750, the oldest building in St John's, and explore St John's, Antigua and Barbuda's capital city. The resort is near the Jolly Harbour golf course and the Cedar Valley Golf Course.

Hermitage Bay provides an airport meet and greet service for stays of three nights or more. The team can arrange weddings, including a marriage officer, a two-tiered Caribbean wedding cake, and a romantic dinner on the beach.
