a Wonderful STAY

convenient access friendly staff helpful staff room cleanliness

i liked the location, it offered convenient access to both the beach and nearby restaurants. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful . i found them accommodating with requests and eager to assist with any needs i had. i appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall maintenance of the hotel.

the wifi was slow at times , particularly during peak hours.

the premier double room included a king-size bed and a separate seating area. a balcony facing the garden. it also featured a mini-fridge stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, replaced daily. the bathroom had two sinks.

the staff promptly addressed requests for extra towels and pillows. they arranged transportation to the airport. the concierge provided helpful information about local attractions , moreover, they recommended several excellent restaurants. the service was always courteous.

Facilities

there were three swimming pools open from 7 AM to 10 PM , in addition to a poolside bar that served drinks. the gym contained three treadmills, two stationary bikes and a weight machine. the hotel offered direct beach access.
