the bar was louder than expected. the music went on past midnight, specifically until 12:30 am, so it was hard to sleep. the staff should manage the noise better.. it impacted my rest negatively and i felt pretty annoyed. the breakfast was listed to start at 8:00 am but didn't actually begin until 8:30 am, delaying my schedule.

I booked a double room. the noise from what sounded like a busy bar downstairs made it difficult to sleep before 1 am, and i found this really disruptive. i wish i had known this beforehand.

The staff gave me a warm welcome, and the restaurant menu had a good variety at reasonable prices. The service was excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. My meal arrived quickly after ordering, and the portion size was generous. I really couldn't have asked for anything better. The pub fare was straightforward, and everything was freshly cooked to order.

The chairs in my room had slight stains.

My room was newly decorated and had a comfy bed. USB plugs were included. Tea and coffee-making facilities were available for me. they offered toiletries. I had nice towels in my room, too.

The food was AMAZING!!! The restaurant was comfortable and nicely decorated, made the atmosphere pleasant. Breakfast was great. It set me up perfectly for exploring the village. I appreciated the freshness and quality of the ingredients used.

There was easy parking available, very convenient. I really liked the lovely barwith lots of friendly locals. Seating was available in the garden, too. It was a bonus.
