Harbour View Inn has rooms in four buildings: The Chateau, The Cottage, The Guest House, and The Carriage House. The Chateau offers whirlpool, harbor view, and garden view rooms. The Guest House and Carriage House include deluxe suites, harbor view, garden view, and standard rooms. The Cottage offers harbor view and standard rooms. Room types include Harbour View Rooms furnished with one or two queen beds. Cottage Balcony Rooms include balconies with harbor or neighborhood views. Garden View Rooms overlook the gardens and courtyard and include a queen, king, or two queen beds. Cottage Standard Rooms have a queen bed with views of Mackinac Island State Harbor or the grounds, and access to a breakfast room shared by Cottage guests. The Three Queen-Bedded Room includes two bathrooms and a harbor view.

Harbour View Inn provides dining options, including a complimentary continental breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in the Main House and The Cottage House.
