The location is AMAZING! i could easily walk to many attractions. the included breakfast had great variety. I particularly enjoyed the daily changes to the menu. the staff provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with any questions i had.

The walls felt a bit thin. I could sometimes hear noise from other guests.

The location was very convenient, close to many attractions. The staff helped with my luggage upon arrival, that was very thoughtful. My room included a modern smart toilet and bidet. The bed was comfortable, I slept well.

The gentleman at reception seemed a little passive-aggressive. Though the room itself was very clean.

The hotel is near Changdeokung palace. It is only a short walk. Ikseon-dong is nearby. It offers a vibrant nightlife experience. The hotel is also close to many tourist attractions, very convenient for sightseeing.

i found the location ideal, placing me within walking distance of key historical sites. the staff displayed really good amiability and provided helpful assistance throughout my stay. the hotel offered a good breakfast with good quality food. coffee and tea were available all day, a feature i particularly appreciated (especially with the cold weather).

the mattress felt a little too firm for my preference.
