The location was fantastic, connecting directly to scotia square. This offered many dining options. the staff i met was friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile. the sixth-floor room gave a perfect view, almost painting a picture of the harbor. It reminded me of a peaceful retreat. the soft bed wrapped me in comfort each night, a gentle hug after long days.

The pool and gym are nicely sized. I saw a cleaner scrubbing under benches, reflecting their dedication to cleanliness. direct access to a mall and a multi-level parking lot made everything convenient. the gym included 3 treadmills and 2 stationary bikes, each well kept.

The hotel is right in the heart of the city. This made it very easy to explore all of the city's attractions. access to the historic citadel and waterfront requires a short walk. This made it easy to explore both sites. it reminded me of the city was right at my doorstep.

meal options are plenty because the hotel is connected to scotia square, this place offers a variety of choices. the breakfast buffet has a nice selection, with options that could satisfy any craving. the harbor city grill restaurant offers a fantastic lobster roll, a must-try.

the room had a comfortable king bed it offered restful nights after long days exploring i particularly enjoyed the rainfall shower it was a soothing experience. complimentary toiletries added a touch of luxury i found the separate seating area useful. the air conditioning worked well and kept the room at a perfect temperature
i noticed some slight wear on the furniture though it did not detract significantly from the overall experience

The hotel offered free parking connected to the building. I found this feature very convenient. The pool was a nice size. I also noted it was very clean. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially during check-in. The gym was small. It was still convenient for a quick workout.
I experienced long elevator wait times. The doors also seemed to close quickly.

the elevators were an issue. the wait times felt excessive and i noted the doors closed quickly. this made it difficult to enter at times. additionally, the room phone lacked clear labeling. i could not readily contact the front desk or other services.
