The location near the cala was amazing. It made beach trips so easy. i noticed the hotel was brand new, likely because they are still renovating it. the free parking was a big plus. It saved me a lot of hassle.
I found no proper introduction to the hotel upon arrival. There was no information about checkout times or the hotel facilities. our shower leaked severely, causing flooding. It took four days and a rather heated discussion to resolve. i noticed all the smoke detectors were covered, which raised safety concerns. I told them, but nothing changed.

the location was a short walk to the beach with several restaurants nearby , it met my basic needs.
the room showed significant wear and tear. paint spots were visible everywhere , and the bathroom fixtures were old. the walls needed refreshing , and the overall cleanliness was lacking , especially in the bathroom.

the outdoor pools were clean with beautifully designed greenery. cala marsal beach is a very short walk away and a nice town is also nearby. the food was great (especially the fresh fruit!) and i could have stayed there for a month.
i wish the pool area had more umbrellas for shade.

the breakfast had a huge variety with many fresh and delicious options available to guests. the restaurant staff were lovely and very accommodating to our group of nine people. they reserved a table for us after our second night.

this place had so many facilities! there were three pools available and two gyms with basketball and tennis courts. there was also a spa area, restaurants, and live music at night. i also liked the playground beside the pools.

the location is amazing and perfect for a relaxing trip in a quiet area. the hotel is right across the road from cala marsal beach (amazing!) and a short walk into town. parking in the street was enough.

the hotel offered a good breakfast selection with plenty of choice. it had an outdoor swimming pool and was located near the beach.
I found the hallways outdated with stained carpets. the bathroom needed updating. The shower head would not stay centered, causing water to spill onto the floor. also, the safety box required an additional $20 per night, which i considered unusual.
