Rooms and Suites

The Grey Gull features 37 condominium-style vacation rentals, each with in-room fireplaces and private balconies facing west. Units include either a kitchen or a kitchenette stocked with cooking, serving, and dining ware. Options range from studio rooms with king beds, gas fireplaces, T.V. /DVD players, and kitchenettes, to one-bedroom suites with separate living rooms, full kitchens, and queen-size hide-a-beds. Some suites offer pool views or partial ocean views. Select units are dog-friendly. The penthouse offers two levels, two bedrooms, a loft with additional seating, a full kitchen, and excellent ocean views.

All units have kitchen facilities. Numerous seafood restaurants are near The Grey Gull.

Leisure and Amenities

Guests have access to an outdoor pool and spa, a dry sauna, BBQ grills, a picnic area, and a fire pit. A covered trail offers access to the beach, a quarter-mile walk through a maintained walking path with a tree canopy from the backyard directly to the dunes. Other amenities include a library with free books, board games, and DVD rentals. Horseback riding is available. The Ocean Shores Golf Course is located nearby. Watersport activities include kayak rentals.

The Grey Gull is located on the Point Brown Peninsula in Ocean Shores, one block north of Chance A La Mer State Park Beach access point. Guests can access the beach via a maintained walking path. Grays Harbor Festival of Colors is located off of Damon Road.
