the staff were friendly enough, i guess.

The lack of air conditioning made sleeping difficult. The room was too hot. noise from the street was another problem. the window needed to be open because of the heat, but that let in a lot of noise. it was annoying to have garbage disposal sounds at 5am.

I found complimentary tea and coffee available in the foyer all day, awesome! breakfast pastries were also available. This was a total lifesaver (especially the croissants). the location worked perfectly. I could easily walk to union square.

my room had no air conditioning, a bummer. i had to use the fan provided. also, i didn't find any in-room coffee facilities. i had to go downstairs for that.

The location was convenient to many attractions in the city.

The room lacked air conditioning and relied on a fan, insufficient. I had to open the window, but the city noise made it hard for me to sleep. the garbage disposal outside at 5 AM was loud and disruptive.

Solid Stay in a Central Spot

Pastries was each morning between 7 and 10 am. The room was clean plus spacious, the hot water worked very quickly. I appreciated the big window providing lots of sunlight.

The absence of air conditioning made the room a bit stuffy. A fan was available, it wasn't sufficient on warmer days. I had to keep the window open, street noise was noticeable.

the staff were really helpful and polite at all times. they even helped me get my keys back after i left it there.

the rooms condition it was not ideal. the carpet looked old. i found the lack of air conditioning pretty difficult to manage .

A Charming Stay Near Union Square

I adored the convenience this hotel offered. The staff greeted me with kindness and warmth each day. A variety of pastries were available each morning for the free breakfast, this was so sweet. The proximity to main attractions allowed me to explore easily.

The hall had a distinct musty odor that was hard to overlook. The carpet throughout the hotel seemed worn and unclean.
