a fine hotel

main train station attentive staff high food quality whole experience

i loved that the hotel sits right next to the train station. it made getting around the region very easy for me. the hotel staff were very attentive to every need. dining in was a delight with high food quality and pride from the staff. i was very happy with the whole experience.

the air conditioning was not controllable from inside the room. i had to call the reception desk to adjust it. it was a small inconvenience, though.

the location near the train station proved very convenient for my travel plans. the breakfast offered a generous selection of food , ensuring i started my days well.

my room was quite small , especially considering the price i paid. the air conditioning system was not controllable from within the room , requiring me to contact reception for adjustments.

turkish bath missing cups

the spa was a letdown. they forgot to open it, and the turkish bath wasn't working. there were many herbal teas, but no cups were available. it felt disorganized, especially in the corridors. i expected better for the price i paid.

dirty bathroom thin walls

the room was clean initially, i found hairs all over the bathroom. the room was alright, however, the price was too high compared to other hotels in the city. that was disappointing. also the walls seems really thin, i could hear everything from outside.

My room, an executive double room, included a VERY spacious layout. The bathroom featured two separate sinks, convenient. The breakfast selection had a wide variety of foods.
