The Waterfront Grand Suite offers views of Camden Harbor and the Camden Hills. The Waterview Grand Suite is ADA-compliant and includes a private balcony with views of the outer harbor.

Peter Ott's Restaurant, located beneath the Grand Harbor Inn at 16 Bay View Landing, serves American cuisine, including steaks and local seafood. Fresh & Co. Restaurant, in Bay View Landing, offers American Mediterranean dining. Vintage Room, on the first floor of 16 Bay View Hotel, features craft cocktails, local brews, wines, seasonal small plates, and treats. The View features views of Camden Harbor and the Camden Hills, a cocktail list, wines, local and domestic beers, and a small plates menu. 18 Central Oyster Bar & Grill, located in Rockport, serves steak, chicken, burgers, and Maine seafood.
