Acceptable stay but some issues found
large pool helpful staff old toilet cheap towels
The pool was big and cleaned every evening. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They assisted us with directions. The breakfast had a large selection of choices.
The room was old with an older toilet. The toilet broke down 2x. The towels were less than what you'd expect for the price I paid.

Fantastic Stay!
super clean room ample hangers cute staff
I had a super clean twin room with two balconies. One balcony had views of Vesuvius, the other, a sea view. The bathroom included a shower and toiletries. The room had a large wardrobe with drawers, plenty of hangers, a hairdryer, a fridge, and a safe. I found the staff very cute. They provided maps and umbrellas.
I heard the road from my balcony since the hotel is on the main road. it didn't bother me too much.

The hotel is located on the main road into town, giving access to the town center. It was a flat, straight 5-10 minute walk. I noticed great bars, shops, and restaurants along the way, and I reached the bus and train station with a quick 5 minute walk.

My twin room was large and included two balconies. One had a view of Vesuvius. The other provided a sea view, though the view was not a panoramic postcard view, I still could see the sea from there.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! There were 18 different types of cakes, tarts, and pastries (sweet and savory). I also had three types of fruit juices, toast with a huge selection of spreads, and dried fruit.

The hotel has a nice bar and a pool area that I really liked. I noticed the staff helped with loading and unloading coaches for airport transfers. Lifts are available in the hotel. This was super convenient for moving luggage!!!

I found the staff were very cute and able to provide maps and umbrellas when I asked. The waiting staff at breakfast were really friendly. They took orders for tea and coffee promptly during breakfast.

a dreamy escape with azure hues
good upgrade spacious suite vesuvius view high quality toiletries
we received a good upgrade to a suite. it felt spacious. it faced the back of the hotel and the view of vesuvius across the bay was a dream. the toiletries were high quality and such a treat, the bed was so comfortable.
the air conditioning control was tricky to master. at times the room temperature fluctuated a little, a small hiccup but it didn't spoil our stay

Solid option close to everything

The room felt very new, and i found air conditioning worked great. I used the pool area often. It provided sun loungers for everyone. I thought the breakfast included many choices, so i was very happy.
Some public areas needs an update.

a decent place to stay
convenient location free upgrade rainfall shower outdated look mediocre food
the location was great. a short walk to both the train station and the town square was convenient (very important for day trips!). the hotel gave us a free room upgrade. the room had a good size and the bathroom had a double sink plus a rainfall shower.
the hotel looks a bit outdated. the food wasn't the best. the breakfast was okay, but the dinner was not good at all.

The room was very clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent each morning. I found the bed very comfortable. I slept well each night.
The room was old. The provided images did not represent it well. This was quite disappointing.

friendly staff updated room water view renovated room dated room tired hotel
The staff were very friendly. Maria at breakfast gave us good advice. Maria, the cleaning lady, was also so warm and friendly. The room was fabulous. It had been newly updated. It had a nice view of the water too.
The hotel only showed photos of renovated rooms when I booked. Upon arrival, I was given an unrenovated 'classic' room. This room looked nothing like the pictures. It was very dated. The hotel feels quite tired, from the restaurant area to the old dishes.
