I enjoyed my stay . The staff was helpful, always available to assist with taxi orders and directions. The buffet breakfast was AMAZING!!! I particularly appreciated the variety of food available. The rooms featured luxurious decor and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. A good stay.

The air conditioning seemed to have a minimum setting. I could not adjust the temperature below 23 degrees Celsius.

the room size was acceptable and met expectations for comfort it provided a sufficient area for relaxation and movement

the air conditioning was a major issue it never went below 23c no matter the thermostat setting sleeping in a warm room each night was uncomfortable also the door had a large gap where you could see out i could hear people outside disturbing my rest

The room was spacious and had decent wifi.

The hotel turned off the AC at night , made the room uncomfortably hot. It fluctuated between 26.5 and 27 degrees Celsius. Asking for a toothbrush seemed like pulling teeth. They actually charge for it. This detail felt a bit cheap for a hotel of this supposed caliber..
