amazing vistas and warm welcomes

genuine warmth smooth check-in fast service comfortable transfers

the staff greeted me with genuine warmth. a porter aided with a smooth check-in. the laundry service worked fast. shuttle driver gino ensured my transfers were comfortable and nice.

nice stay with amazing views

very nice view fantastic spread perfect host

the hotel offered very nice views from every bedroom and public area. i particularly enjoyed the upgrade to a junior suite, it was a nice surprise. vittorio at the bar was a perfect host each evening (i went for a nightcap). the breakfast spread was fantastic with many options.

the absence of a coffee maker in the room was a slight inconvenience. i always appreciate having that option available.

adequate, but some issues surfaced

small bathroom peeling tile

The room i got was quite disappointing. the bathroom was too small. I could barely move to wash. plus, the paint and tiles were peeling off. the bathroom door also stuck, frustrating, and the furniture seemed to be falling apart too.

Really good Stay with amazing VIEWS

The breakfast included many choices. I found fresh fruit and pastries readily available each morning. Staff was very attentive to needs. The location offered convenient access to the center of town. Parking was managed efficiently by the hotel staff, which I appreciated.

The gym hours were a bit limited.

peeling paint small bathroom

the bathroom was so small. i could barely move my arms to wash. the paint was peeling off the bathroom tiles too and the door stuck. the furniture was like it would fall apart. they really need to fix the rooms here and close this hotel it's not healthy for people to stay.
