The staff was quite helpful with directions and local tips. the room was very clean upon arrival. I liked the modern decor. the tennis courts were a nice surprise and well-kept. the breakfast buffet offered a good selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

the coffee machine in the room was a little difficult to figure out.

The indoor pool access was a PROBLEM. I thought it was included, but I learned it was part of the spa, requiring an extra fee. The fee was €15 for just one hour, which seemed excessive. It also had limited hours, I COULD only use it between 6 and 7 pm. The room had two single mattresses pushed together. This affected sleep.

I found our Superior Room King Bed Terrace had a significant problem. There was a strong smell of smoke in the room, and I requested air conditioning multiple times. The management informed me it was not possible.
