The hotel includes a restaurant open to both hotel guests and external visitors. It offers very good service and a top experience. I saw an excellent money exchange location right next to the hotel. A person needs to negotiate the rate. There are also food shops nearby.

Rooms have air conditioning and a fan that function well, WHILST the shower has good pressure. Rooms are generously sized with a really comfy bed. The rooms have everything needed for a relaxing stay, including bedside panel controls for curtains and lights.

The hotel is centrally located near the train station and the main bazaar road, and IT is close to everything. The location is optimal, and it is only five minutes to the train station. I found the location very convenient for visiting the city by metro and tuk-tuk.

I found the staff were great. Mr pandey at the front desk offered helpful travel tips. the rooms were immaculate. I slept soundly on the comfortable beds. i savored the breakfast. The variety was good. ms. ruth at reception was always ready to assist with any inquiry.

The street outside was busy. I did notice some traffic noise.

The toilet flushed just once daily. The ongoing demolition work across the road caused significant noise throughout the night, it was not fun

i heard work all day even on the fourth floor. the ground floor restaurant has been ripped out. It was very loud.

The staff were very helpful whenever i needed anything, and the breakfast buffet was good. i also appreciated the airport pick-up service. mr ajay at the travel desk arranged my travel plans, and everything ran like clockwork. I was able to leave my luggage and travel lightly.

my room did not have a window, so i couldn't tell if it was day or night. this. this issue should be addressed .
