The room included complimentary snacks and drinks. A lovely touch. the location was excellent, near many shops and restaurants! the room itself was very clean. housekeeping did a wonderful job each day.

the valet service worked smoothly. parking was quick and efficient. the room had snacks and water provided daily, a nice touch. i appreciated the location, near many walkable attractions.
The elevator made a strange noise sometimes. It needs maintenance!

I stayed in a queen room with two queen beds and found it well kept. the room had complimentary snacks and water, which i thought was a lovely touch (such a treat after a long day!). the location was great. I was able to easily walk to many shops and the subway.
the bathroom was not cleaned well under the sink area (i hope this can be improved).

central location friendly staff
My room included complimentary snacks and water, a very nice touch. The staff were very friendly and helpful during my entire stay. I appreciated the central location, as it provided easy access to various attractions. Public transportation was also easily accessible from the hotel.
I was not informed about the USD 200 deposit requirement in advance , nor was I aware of the USD 46 urban fee.

I found a coffee shop adjoined to the hotel , with great convenience for morning coffee and light breakfast options. The lobby bar was stocked fairly well , it offered a comfortable space for an evening drink.

Parking was available within a short walk of just two to three minutes , and this was more convenient than at many other locations. The hotel included a gym , and it had adequate equipment for a quick workout.

the location was convenient enough for getting around i suppose
i booked a room expecting certain views advertised online apparently that's just a suggestion not a guarantee i ended up staring at a concrete block instead the hotel staff told me i should have requested a view in advance really for the price i paid i expected more transparency about additional fees and amenities

charming stay in convenient location
friendly staff sweet gesture convenient location
i found the staff friendly. they sent a champagne for my anniversary which i thought was a sweet gesture. the location was great for walk to historical sites and shopping, this made the exploring easier. the fitness center was well appointed, it had everything i needed.
i notice guests receive no advance notice about a usd 200 deposit, i think the hotel should communicate this better. the urban fee of usd 46 was also a surprise, its transparency could be better.

I loved the location. It was central to everything! the staff greeted me with smiles. my room was cleaned to perfection each day. That's a great thing!
