i loved how the staff let me bring my bike into the room! they offered me showers after my ride even after i checked out, that was super considerate. the breakfast had a delicious range of options, it was really satisfying. the hotel felt clean!

i found that the pool area had only two sun umbrellas, not enough when the hotel is full.

the staff were amazing. the room was clean and very comfortable, a plus.

i found a few things disappointing. some belongings disappeared and there wasn't much done to address it. i also received incorrect charges on the bill, and sorting out a partial refund took some time. a few adjustments would improve things.

The staff were really helpful, i must say. i especially liked carmen. She was always cheerful. it's also a short walk to algas bar near the beach, a great spot!!!

The breakfast selection could be better. It felt a bit repetitive. the pillows in the room weren't great either. They weren't very comfy to sleep on.
