central location public bath coffee machine

the hotel's location is great (it is so central!). a station is just a few minutes away. i found a public bath on the 2nd floor. there is also a complimentary coffee machine in the lobby.

the breakfast hours were not ideal, i felt i needed to arrive quite early.

cleaning solution staff inflexibility

I guess I wasn't thrilled that one of our rooms reeked of cleaning solution. It was a bit overwhelming. the staff didn't seem too flexible. We got there fifteen minutes early and they made us wait until exactly 3 p.m. to check in. To top it off, housekeeping swiped our room card when we left it in the light switch. Then they made us pay for a "lost card". That was just great.

Superb Stay Near Shin-Okubo Station

The double room I had was a bit larger compared to other rooms I've experienced. The hotel is conveniently located. It's a short walk to Shin-Okubo station. A 7/11 and Don Quijote store are very close that!). The hotel staff organized luggage delivery to my next accommodation.

The road outside didn't entirely give the impression that I was in Japan.

jr train station excellent amenities on site laundry super clean room

I found the location convenient. It was a very short walk to the jr train station. this made travel so easy. the hotel provided excellent amenities, and i especially liked the laundry facilities available on-site. the cleaning staff kept my room super clean, which i valued.

the surrounding area wasn't as pristine compared to other districts i visited during my trip.

the room size suited japan's standards, and i appreciated the well kept condition. there were fresh towels provided each morning, alongside two complimentary bottles of water. this small touch added to the overall positive experience .

I especially enjoyed the varied options nearby, from traditional japanese cuisine to international flavors. many restaurants surround the hotel, so guests have various choices for dining. It was a foodie's dream. the food was AMAZING!!!

being only two to three minutes from the metro station made getting around very easy. the hotel's location was fortunately quiet, ensuring a restful sleep without street noise. i did like that a 7-eleven store sat right across the street.

the hotel is very close to the train station. it is a two minute walk making travel easy. the room had nice amenities and a comfortable bed. luggage storage was available for both check in and check out days.

The standard rooms are small. There is not much space for luggage.
