I really liked the professional restoration. It felt so fancy! the entrance and stairs was like i was in a real five-star hotel. i find many choices at breakfast, so that was great and the staff were super kind too. i found everything working really well, especially the internet.

the bathroom design seemed a bit weird. it looks like a bit of a botch job too.

I find the hotel internet access works great, i was able to stream videos without a problem. the air conditioning worked perfect and kept the room at a perfect, cool temperature. It helped me sleep well every night.

The breakfast included many options. The location was very central and accessible. I was able to leave my luggage at the hotel after checkout and explored without carrying bags. The room included nice design and facilities.

The room was near the road, and it was noisy, also, next to maids area, there was lots of noise in the morning.

The hotel enjoys a central position. I found public transport very accessible to visit famous sites. my room was clean, and the staff proved friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided daily in my room. the breakfast had good options and the service was perfect. i found the staff always available at the twenty-four-hour reception. they were very helpful. i received honest and accurate information from them. i liked how clean my room was. the location is ideal for seeing the sights. Many are within walking distance. it is located in a convenient area for shopping. the galata tower is nearby and the cruise port is easily accessible. the breakfast provided various local dishes, so i could try turkish flavours. the staff were attentive. i liked receiving local tips. the rooftop has beautiful views.

The building is quite old. Some fixtures are showing signs of wear.
