oily food limited english
The food at the restaurant disappointed me it was either too oily or almost cold. The staff had difficulty understanding my requests I could not get a simple hot chocolate. I also found that the breakfast buffet catered mainly to Asian tourists with food descriptions primarily in Chinese.

the room included an ocean view and a balcony it also featured comfortable beds the breakfast was good too. the rooftop infinity pool and bar area were beautiful it offered a great view and friendly staff. the breakfast provided many choices the staff were excellent

a stay with minor issues
spacious room modern design wide variety room bugs housekeeping instruction stay refund
the room was very spacious. the design felt quite modern and i liked that. breakfast included a wide variety of options and the views were nice. the rooftop pool provided amazing scenery.
upon checking in i discovered bugs in my room. the hotel said they were from outside. housekeeping told me to wash all my clothes. the hotel didn't refund any of my stay.
