incorrect room preparation late night noise
the staff offered a free room upgrade, a nice gesture acknowledging my daughter's birthday.
the room preparation was incorrect upon arrival (i booked a family room), baby beds were installed (not useful for my older children). this. noise was also a problem with loud activity below the room continuing until late at night.

beach restaurants adult areas
The breakfast buffet offered plenty of choice. The location provides easy access to the beach. the hotel is near two of the best beach restaurants in town. Feduchy playa and la fontanilla. there are many pools and areas for adults and kids
Some machines at the gym were broken. They stayed out of service for a week.
