the room was clean and spacious. lovely surroundings were close to the hotel. the breakfast was great and offered good variety.

The phone in the room was not functional , and i noticed the bathroom drawer door had fallen off. i reported these issues to the hotel staff , but no action was taken. the television lacked options . It did not have apps like netflix.

I loved the hotel's location in the valley between hills and mountains. I appreciated that you walk a bit outside to get around to different areas. My room was spacious with a fresh design (I especially liked the decor). The staff were cute, and available so I extended my stay by one night.

The breakfast options felt limited, I had to eat out. This created a small inconvenience. I feel that an expanded breakfast menu would enhance the overall experience.

I found the staff helpful and friendly, they catered well to our needs. The bedding felt luxurious, and the room decorations seemed exquisite. I took advantage of the beautiful , clean bathrooms and hotel amenities such as the pool and gym. The restaurant was nice and cute , a great touch.

Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the gym space satisfactory, however it could benefit from water and hand towels . The manager offered transportation for a wine tour when Uber was unavailable. I thought the staff provided excellent service, they were always ready to assist us.

The telephone in my room was not working. I also noted the bathroom drawer door had detached. These issues were reported, yet I saw no action taken .

i found the breakfast food choices to be excellent. i found that to be great service from the staff and manager.

our room was not cleaned on the last day. the bathroom was poorly cleaned on the second day. i repeatedly called reception, but all they could do was apologize, stating there was nothing they could do. i think they need sufficient housekeeping to properly clean the rooms. it was not good.

poorly cleaned bathroominsufficient housekeeping

the stay i had was not good as the room was not cleaned. it happened on the last day. on the second day the bathroom was poorly cleaned as well. i called reception many times but they apologized, there was nothing else they could do. they must provide sufficient housekeeping to clean the rooms, it would be better.
