Franklin Manor, originally built in 1896, is located on Macquarie Harbour. Queen Rooms feature a queen size bed and ensuite with shower. Manor Rooms feature a king size bed. Manor Spa Rooms include a king size bed, a large bathroom with a spa bath. Each room features a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator and tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom has a shower, hairdryer and free toiletries. Some rooms offer garden views. Maximum occupancy is two adults.
