The Franciscan Hotel provides Spanish-style rooms and suites with lush landscaping and palm trees. King Guestrooms feature a king-sized bed, mini fridge, and coffee/tea maker; select rooms include a private patio. Queen Queen Guestrooms, located upstairs in the Western wing, offer two queen beds, a mini fridge, and a tea/coffee maker. Deluxe King rooms with Balcony, situated in the Edgewater wing, include a private balcony and a table for two. Suites include a fully stocked kitchenette and a glass-top wood dining table for four. The Santa Barbara Suite features a king-sized bed, hand-carved wood furnishings, vaulted ceilings, and white shutters. The Palm Suite is ADA compliant and has several windows for ocean breezes, and a living room with a microwave, refrigerator, and sink. The Edgewater Suite has a private entrance off Mason Street, a queen-size bedroom downstairs, a loft with a queen bed, and a full kitchenette with a stovetop, microwave, and fridge. Each room includes complimentary Wi-Fi, 43" or 50" Samsung LED flat-screen TVs, and an iHome with QI wireless charging.
Breakfast and Amenities
The Franciscan Inn & Suites offers a continental breakfast. Guests can visit the gift shop open from 7 AM to 11 PM daily, featuring beverages, snacks, and sundries. Dry cleaning/laundry services, a fireplace in the lobby, and a hot tub are available. Additional amenities include complimentary parking, ice machines, and a guest laundry facility (washer $2.50, dryer $2.00).
