Hotel Franceschi - Villa Mimosa was established in the early 1950s by the Francheschi family of Forte dei Marmi. The hotel maintains a tradition of hospitality for all guests.

Hotel Franceschi features twenty rooms including Standard, Deluxe rooms, and Junior Suites. All rooms have a private bathroom with a shower and air conditioning, except for two ground-floor rooms. Deluxe rooms are approximately 25 square meters and include robes and a balcony with a table and chairs. Junior Suites are approximately 35 square meters and can accommodate up to four people. Rooms include box-spring beds, percale sheets, and pillows of two heights.
