damaged equipmentunresponsive staff
The gym facilities were quite disappointing. The equipment seemed old and not well kept! there was also a persistent noise in my room, like a motor running intermittently, it was really disruptive to my sleep. i also felt the staff weren't very responsive, especially when i tried to book a kayak. It took forever and wasn't handled efficiently.

Underwhelming Stay with Some Issues
loud groupmanager inaction
I had a bit of a letdown . The pool was overtaken by a group during the weekend. They were fully clothed and very loud. I complained to the resort manager, but nothing happened. I had to leave the pool area so this ruined part of my stay.

inconsistent service and accessibility issues
clean roomspoor customer servicelack of accessibility
the rooms were clean and of average size.
The customer service was poor when i requested a room change. the staff seemed clueless and the process was difficult. the hotel lacks accessibility, with steep stairs everywhere. the walkways are rugged and poorly lit. I had to use my phone's flashlight to navigate them at night.
