the room was a bit too warm. i was told the manager could remotely adjust the thermostat, but i wish i could have controlled it myself.

the staff were very friendly. the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was excellent. it represented good value for money.
The room was far too hot and the thermostat would not lower the temperature. i was told the manager could access the thermostat remotely! i was above the pub and conservatory, so i could hear the music quite loudly. people were talking. I could hear them coming to the pub.

The hotel needs some refurbishment. Some areas looked a little tired (i could tell).
I found a great spot just off A1. I appreciated the friendly staff. They gave us a lift to a wedding and picked us up later. This service was very helpful. The room was clean. I saw a free coffee machine . It was a perfect perk!
The thermostat would not lower the temperature in my room! I was later informed that the manager could adjust it remotely. It was a little inconvenient
