The Augustus Hotel & Resort has Villa Pesenti, Augustus Lido (ex Villa Agnelli), La Nave (The Ship), and seven private villas. Many of the 24 guest rooms in Villa Pesenti include terraces facing the garden. All bathrooms are renovated with travertine marble. La Nave has family rooms and deluxe rooms renovated in 2020 with two bathrooms, stylized sea wave wallpapers, and access to large terraces. The seven villas have private gardens or terraces, living rooms, kitchenettes, and private bathrooms. Villas are available for weekly rentals with hotel services like daily cleaning and breakfast. Rooms feature air conditioning, mini-bars, and flat-screen TVs.
Versilia Flavors
La Sirena e la Fontana restaurant offers cuisine from the Versilia region, open daily for dinner, with mountain and sea dishes. The breakfast buffet includes croissants, homemade cakes, fruit tarts, bread, ham, cheese, eggs, and juices. Bambaissa restaurant serves creative fish cuisine with Italian flavors for lunch. The Bamba Chill offers salads and Tuscan dishes for casual dining. There are special kids menus available at both.

The resort has a swimming pool in the garden and a heated saltwater pool with Jacuzzi on the beach. The Augustus SPA provides regenerating and anti-aging facial treatments, aromatherapy, and body massages. There are saunas, steam baths, and sensorial showers by Starpool. The fitness center has Technogym equipment. Swimming and Yoga lessons are available. In the summer, swimming lessons for children are organized. Beach Club includes 74 beach tents, a heated saltwater pool with jacuzzi, and 32 private cabins with shower.
Location and Access
Located in Forte dei Marmi, the Augustus Hotel & Resort is near the Versiliana open-air theatre, which hosts the Versiliana Festival in July and August. The hotel is near the pier, which offers ferry trips to Cinque Terre and Portovenere. Torre del Lago, which hosts the Giacomo Puccini opera festival, is also nearby. The Galileo Galilei International Airport in Pisa is 45 km away. Shuttle service to the center of Forte dei Marmi is available.
