the staff arranged trips to see local wildlife and waterfalls it reminded me of i got a personal tour. they shared tips regarding the best times to visit attractions it made planning easy. i really appreciated the genuine hospitality and attention to detail i felt very cared for.

the restaurant menu had limited non-local options i wished for a bit more variety.

Solid Choice Near Falls

I found the staff very friendly at reception. They upgraded our room. The room included two separate sinks. The room included a rainfall shower. I enjoyed a trek to the falls. Udeesh assisted us. He told stories about movies shot in the area. He even took some amazing pics. The food tasted amazing to me. Harikrishnan and Noushad assisted us. They helped us pick the dishes. The hotel is fairly new. It has a fantastic location. The amenities were well chosen and maintained. I consider the service in par with big corporate brands.

The staff were very courteous. Noushad and Abdul in the restaurant accommodated our food preferences, even during late hours. Venugopal will accompany you for your trek to the falls through the hotel's route if you ask.

The view of the falls from the room was superb, it created an very nice feeling. the food was also very good. I especially enjoyed the grilled prawns as a starter. the staff provided helpful suggestions on places to visit.

The restaurant felt slightly understaffed during peak hours. Sometimes service was slow.
