The room was very clean! The bed was super comfy because of the great mattress topper. I sank right into it. I appreciated the staff lending me a converter from lost and found after I misplaced mine.

The location was a bit far from the city center. It took about thirty minutes to walk there. It was somewhat inconvenient.

The reception staff were helpful. My room was fresh and clean. I found the gym to be great and had everything I needed for a good workout. The restaurant was fantastic, and I enjoyed two delicious meals there.

I noticed a very slight lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the open design.

i found the staff very helpful right from arrival. rooms included lots of towels and tea, coffee. the only problem was the bed had two single mattress, so a double sheet helped. this would prevent the mattress slip off, and i also appreciated the football ground view.

the quality of breakfast was terrible for the price. the pancakes were cold and inedible. i feel that this issue should be addressed, especially given the cost.
