non-functional air conditioning limited breakfast selection
the location was acceptable though the amenities met my basic needs.
The air conditioning did not function properly, causing discomfort throughout my stay. i reported this issue but it was not addressed, resulting in a hot and stuffy room. the breakfast selection was also limited. Several items were frequently missing and the coffee machine was often out of service.

i booked a room expecting decent air conditioning on a warm day, but the staff casually mentioned there wasn't any! they claimed it was in the confirmation, it wasn't! i asked for a ventilator, but it never arrived. my son had to cool down with water. we left and i lost the money.

underwhelming stay
poor housekeeping inconsistent cleaning
the room size was very good and spacious, which i appreciated.
The housekeeping was really poor. Crumbs and trash were left behind the first night. the bed wasn't tucked properly, and the tables were barely wiped. cleaning was inconsistent even after i addressed it. trash bags remained, tissue boxes were missing, and vacuuming wasn't done properly.
