fantastic stay!
convenient gym complimentary drinks easy access
the gym featured treadmills and stationary bikes, very convenient for a quick workout. the staff offered complimentary drinks upon arrival, also a bag of pasta, a nice touch. bus stops were located nearby, providing easy access to different parts of the city.
The ac did not function well, especially after spending time in the heat.

peeling wallpaper constant street noise
The room felt a bit neglected, honestly. i noticed the wallpaper was peeling in a couple of places. more annoyingly, the noise from the street was constant. Earplugs were essential. it really impacted my sleep .

friendly staff welcome drink comfortable taxi
The staff was very friendly. they provided a welcome drink (it was very refreshing). carlos and the team offered restaurant suggestions, all within a short walk. the breakfast offered many choices, including pancakes and maple syrup. It was awesome. even the taxi carlos arranged for my airport transfer was comfortable.
the elevator made a slight noise on the upper floors.

modern equipment local tips comfortable beds
The gym had modern equipment for a quick workout. I used both treadmills. The staff, ESPECIALLY carlos, was friendly and helpful. He provided great local tips. The room was super clean with VERY comfortable beds. I slept well each night.
the elevator was a bit slow, but ALWAYS functional.

clean room gentle staff fast check-in
the staff at the reception were very gentle. fast check-in was available even late at night. the room was clean and silent. the room felt warm. the bed linen looked super clean.
the air conditioning could have been better. after a day in the heat a cooler room would be welcome.
