amazing staff clean room lovely pool area load noise poor bar banging doors

I think the staff was amazing and friendly. my room was great. It was comfortable and cleaned every day. the pool area looks lovely and i like it.

It can be load on nights. you hear young people back from clubs at 3, or 5am with banging doors. the lobby bar look quite poor. It looks like a 2 stars hotel definetelly not 4 to me.

super stay with friendly staff

great location easy access clean room

i found the location great with easy access to restaurants and bars. nearby was also the bus station, convenient for local connections (a definite plus!). the room i had was very clean, and i enjoyed the nice view from the sixth floor. i liked the good selection of food available for both breakfast and dinner.

the air conditioning didn't always turn on when i wanted it to. it only activated once a temperature threshold was reached. i would have preferred more control over the temperature in my room.

The pools are very clean, with a refreshing experience . artificial grass covers the upper deck. I found this particularly comfortable underfoot.

Wonderful stay!

split configuration daily towels good food

The room had a split configuration. It featured a good-sized double bed and two beds in a separate area. Two bathrooms were included. Towels were changed daily. Breakfast options were slightly limited, but the food quality was good overall.

The air conditioning didn't turn on until a certain temperature was reached. My health conditions mean I run hot. I wish there was a way to control the AC to my liking, instead of it being controlled centrally for environmental reasons.

The breakfast selection included omelettes. The staff replenished items regularly. Random items from smoked salmon to muscles were available. Salads were provided in small pots. The food was generally very good.

The hotel is near local shops. The hotel location is on a back street so it is shady. It is a ten-minute walk to the main strip. The beach is a short walk away.

The pool area catches the sun for a good portion of the day. There are not many sunbeds, though. The bar stays open until midnight each day, it is great.

The room was nice and very clean. The spacious balcony has plenty of hanging space. The room offered a good view from a high floor, just perfect. I did not figure out the safe but that was fine.

The staff are friendly, polite and amazing. Receptionist was a very nice girl who went out of her way to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff were always friendly and helpful. This is valuable.
