The entertainment team. they really entertained all of us. Yenia, Andy, David, and Arnau were awesome! there are also lifeguards around at the pool who watched the kids and directed them when they were able to use the glides.
sometimes the line for drinks at the bar got quite long.

late drinksinconvenient card system
I was pretty annoyed by the all-inclusive setup. drinks weren't available until 11 am. Not even water or juice was free. this made early mornings quite inconvenient. the card system for drinks also felt unnecessary, as i had to exchange a card for every drink instead of just showing my all-inclusive wristband. it often caused long waits at the bar, a real pain.

the pools were clean i noticed lifeguards near the children's pools. i easily found sunbeds on the second floor which is the adults pool area. maintenance staff worked diligently addressing issues quickly.
the all-inclusive setup lacked variety in drinks i noticed. no drinks were available until 11am including soft drinks. cocktails came pre-made from machines.

Excellent Family Stay

I visited with my children aged 8 and 13. The rooms include comfortable beds, a nice balcony, air conditioning, and good showers. The food has much choice, is cooked fresh, and uses quality ingredients. It is suitable for children. The pools keep the kids amused all day. There are games and competitions by the pool.
The safe didn't work in any of our three rooms.
