the staff was friendly. the beachfront location offered fine views. breakfast was amazing!!! it had a great variety of options.
the hotel is a bit secluded. it is not within walking distance of restaurants or markets, so transportation is needed.

the staff was friendly. They provided prompt assistance with golf buggy transport and luggage handling. The rooms were spacious. The beds offered great comfort. Fast wifi access was a definite plus.
The housekeeper left my doors unlocked daily. i reported this issue to the front desk twice. the problem persisted. i felt uneasy, rushing into the room to ensure nothing was missing each time i returned.

Underwhelming Stay. Needs Improvement
The room was clean each day, I guess. So points for basic hygiene.
The pool was a mess. I saw leaves and some unidentifiable gunk floating around. Not exactly inviting. The beach wasn't much better. It was mostly gravel, and I spotted cigarette butts. Classy.
