The gardens featured beautifully maintained landscaping. our pool villa included a really good sized pool. It was cleaned daily. the spacious rooms also received daily cleaning. The turndown service was a lovely touch.

The housekeeper left our doors unlocked daily. I reported it twice, but it reoccurred.

The staff was friendly and professional, always ready to help. They definitely made a difference. rock offered excellent assistance with the complimentary kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. We found this very convenient.

Our bathroom had a bathtub with natural light and lovely plants. our ocean view room provided a lovely ocean view. the rooms were surrounded by nature. This guaranteed privacy and a peaceful night.

the staff was friendly. They provided prompt assistance with golf buggy transport and luggage handling. The rooms were spacious. The beds offered great comfort. Fast wifi access was a definite plus.

The housekeeper left my doors unlocked daily. i reported this issue to the front desk twice. the problem persisted. i felt uneasy, rushing into the room to ensure nothing was missing each time i returned.

Underwhelming Stay. Needs Improvement

The room was clean each day, I guess. So points for basic hygiene.

The pool was a mess. I saw leaves and some unidentifiable gunk floating around. Not exactly inviting. The beach wasn't much better. It was mostly gravel, and I spotted cigarette butts. Classy.
