The reception staff was helpful. They managed my check-in efficiently. i found the room service prompt. the location allowed me quick access to a nearby shopping mall. It was just across the street.

the staff was friendly and helpful . rabia, the housekeeper assigned to my floor, did a good job. the food at the brasserie was also good.

the breakfast did not have enough choices. the breakfast tasted bland. i wanted the biggest room, but i was given a beautiful room which was very small.

the front desk staff showed real care. ms nadia was especially helpful, i will always remember her. the breakfast staff also showed kindness. the guards assisted us from our car showing a gentle consideration.

the bathroom felt small , it was a tight space.

the room was very clean and spacious. fresh linens added to the comfort. the bed was comfortable , i loved sinking into it after a long day. the room lacked scenic views.

housekeeping was consistent and efficient , it was a relief. rabia , our assigned housekeeper, did an excellent job. the lobby and security staff were attentive. naser and kamar gave us the warmest welcome.
