Some rooms have a balcony or golf course view; select rooms are pet-friendly. Select suites feature a kitchenette, a fireplace, a bar counter, or a full-size refrigerator. One executive suite includes a king bed, a sofa bed, a conference table, a Jacuzzi room, a full-size refrigerator, counter, cupboards, and a sink. ADA-approved rooms with one king bed and a roll-in shower are available. Housekeeping is by request only.

Evergreen Resort features two restaurants. Passage North Fine Dining provides regional cuisine and views of the golf course. Curly's Bar & Grill serves lunch and dinner in a pub-style atmosphere, along with local craft beers. Complimentary breakfast is served overlooking the golf course at Passage North. Alternate swimming is available at Pine Grove Athletic club right down the street. Room service is available.

Evergreen Resort has two golf courses: the 18-hole Spruce Course and the 9-hole Norway Course. Other recreational options include an indoor pool, tennis courts, and trails for hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing. A fitness center is also available. There are 4 pickleball courts that guests can reserve for $5. Fall & Winter fishing is spectacular on one of three massive inland lakes.
