I found the room amazing. the check-in was easy, and they let us check in early with a late check-out. the concierge was helpful and pleasant. They kept our cases safe all day. the water flow in the shower was perfect.
i wanted to share my frustration regarding a tour. staff sold us tickets for a hop-on-hop-off bus at 2:15 pm. the bus's last stop near the location (15 min walking distance) was at 4 pm so we could not take it. we had to rearrange our plans, and the response was just 'we are sorry'.

i found the location to be excellent , as it was close to many attractions. the staff was helpful with all my questions. the hotel also offered complimentary bikes , i enjoyed riding along the beach. late check-out was a great convenience.
the air conditioning unit in my room was quite loud , similar to a jet engine. this made it a bit difficult to sleep soundly.
