friendly staff numerous choices relaxing experience
I found the staff friendly. breakfast offered numerous choices that suited various dietary needs. the room service was prompt and efficient. I received my orders quickly. the on-site spa provided a relaxing experience after a day of exploring.

The reception staff demonstrated excellent hospitality and addressed all inquiries efficiently. Concierge services were available 24/7, i noticed. room service was punctual, and staff delivered meals with care, always ensuring guest satisfaction.

The hotel benefits from its position away from the city center, providing peace. access to nearby attractions was easy with readily available taxi services. I could always get one in less than 5 minutes.

I observed the outdoor pool was well kept. Its dimensions were ample for a good swim. the hotel provided underground parking at an additional charge, but it was very convenient. the spa area featured a thermal swimming pool.

My suite included separate living areas. This allowed for relaxation outside the bedroom. the bathroom contained premium toiletries. They were replenished daily by housekeeping, i noticed. the bed provided really good comfort for restful sleep

outdated decor heated mirror
The breakfast was extensive. I guess that's something. at least i didn't starve.
The decor really needs an upgrade. The chairs in the lounge looked like they came from a thrift store. the bedroom air conditioner decided to take a vacation of its own, leaving me sweating in 28c, though it was october. and the bathroom mirror? it was permanently heated, like a personal sauna, i could have fried an egg on it.

The room was quite large. It featured excellent beds. The breakfast spread included a nice variety of options (I especially appreciated the fresh fruit).
The open WiFi was not working upon arrival. I received another network name and password after asking. I also requested a corkscrew, but it did not arrive. The experience reminded me of it lacked attention to detail.
