The room was quite large. It featured excellent beds. The breakfast spread included a nice variety of options (I especially appreciated the fresh fruit).
The open WiFi was not working upon arrival. I received another network name and password after asking. I also requested a corkscrew, but it did not arrive. The experience was like it lacked attention to detail.
